This is the second of the two adjacent new vacation villas in Kostoula, Porto Heli. The site enjoys splendid views of the passage between the Peloponnese and the island of Spetses, but with less inclination than the adjacent site, thus the development of the buildings was less dramatic. The sitting room and kitchen of the main house divide the site in such a way, that the life around the swimming pool and the pergolas that surround it does not interfere with the necessary quietness of the bedrooms. At the lower part of the site the guest’s suite is placed, overlooking the grass lawn in front of it. The roof top of the garage acts as the living terrace of the swimming pool and the pergolas that surround it. The interior as well as the exterior decoration are in simple classic vernacular, with few architectural details. All the parts of the house that lie bellow the swimming pool level and the bedroom wing are clad in stone, in order to differentiate them from the mass of the main building.
