VILLA CONVERSION IN KEFALARI, ATHENS (2006-2007)

This is a 1970’s villa in the suburb of Kefalari, in the north of Athens of a rather average architecture of the period. We were asked to renovate the villa to the new owners’ specifications. Very few alterations were introduced to the exterior of the building, the most notable being the new swimming pool and pergola at the rear garden. The interiors were renovated to the high standards one would require from a modern building.
